Special Election of Undergraduate Studies Council
The Nominations and Elections Committee is accepting the names of faculty nominees interested in serving on the Undergraduate Studies Council. A total of 6 positions of staggered three-year terms (2 from COAS, 1 for CCB, CCEC, COEHS, and BCH) will be available for election.

Nominations will continue be accepting through Friday, November 17, at 5 p.m. and then again from the floor at the December Faculty Association meeting. The election will begin after the December 7 th Faculty Association meeting inside the meeting room (9/1421). Voting will continue in the Faculty Commons in Honors Hall (Building 10), Room 1102 after the meeting through 4:00 pm and also on Friday, December 8, 2006 from 9:00 to 1:30 p.m.

Absentee ballots will be available beginning Monday, December 4, started on 2:00 p.m., from the Faculty Association office for those who will not be able to vote on either Election Day. To nominate yourself or a willing colleague, give your nomination to any member of the Nominations and Elections Committee or call Ms. Cynthia Jordan, Assistant Librarian at extension 2616, or via e-mail at cjordan@unf.edu.
