1. Sep. 3 - Theft (Building 14) - An Outtakes employee
was found to be taking money from the
cash register.
2. Oct. 13 - Theft (Building S) - One roommate accused another of stealing money and headsets. After a search of the room, no stolen merchandise was recovered.
3. Nov. 3 - Lost wallet (UPD Station).
4. Nov. 14 - Theft (Library).
5. Nov. 15 - Theft (Building Q) - Upon returning from vacation a resident noticed her prescription medication missing.
6. Nov. 24 - Stolen
parking decal (Lot 14).
7. Nov. 30 - Theft (Building 9).
8. Nov. 30 - Lost keys (Building 51).
9. Dec. 1 - Battery (Building 41) - While on a jog around campus, a student noticed a male near her several times. After a few laps, the male stopped in front of her and when the student passed he grabbed her on the buttocks. The male was then seen waiting by the student's car but
ran away.
10. Dec. 3 - Injury (Student Union site) A construction worker on the roof of the Student Union Building was not harnessed in and fell 17
feet off a ledge.
11. Dec. 4 - Marijuana (Building U) - After
receiving a call for a fire alarm a UPD officer entered the dorm room. A student was smoking in the room which activated the fire alarm. After questioning, the student admitted to smoking marijuana and handed over a small bag full of drugs along with a pipe.
12. Dec. 4 - Marijuana (Building Y) - During a health and safety inspection a RA found that one of the rooms smelled like marijuana. When a UPD officer arrived he found a pipe with 0.5 grams of marijuana and a pack of rolling papers.
13. Dec. 5 - Harassment (Building 9) - After an argument, a female student filed a harassment report against a male student.
14. Dec. 6 - Theft (Building R) - A check was stolen and made
out for $40.
15. Dec. 6 - DUI (Kernan Blvd.) - After receiving a call that a vehicle was
not moving at stoplight, police found the driver slumped forward with his forehead resting on the steering wheel. When asked for his driver's license and registration, the subject gave the police officer a high five. When asked a second time, the suspect replied "I had a lot to drink." The subject couldn't stand or walk without assistance and blew a sample of .138 on a breath test. The suspect had a suspended license.
