(Building 14) - An Osprey TV camera and microphones were stolen sometime between Oct. 6-7. A key audit was conducted, but yielded no suspects. The burglar is suspected to have entered the room through an unsecured door.
4. Oct. 7 - Stolen cell phone (Arena)
5. Oct. 8 - Harassment (Building 9) - A student reported ongoing harassment by two men in her class. Throughout September, the men directed crude jokes, profane remarks and sexual gestures toward her.

8. Oct. 8 - Threats (Building Y) - Two UNF residents reported their third roommate for making threats. A UPD officer spoke to the roommate, who claimed the threats were responses to what the residents said and taken out of context. The residents were already scheduled to be moved and no further action was taken.

11. Oct. 10 - Alcohol under 21 (Lot 10) - A student was seen exiting the driver's side door of his truck when officers noticed the strong smell of alcohol. His vehicle was searched revealing seven cans of Natural Light beer in the bed of his tuck. He was issued a breathalyzer test that read .078, his license was seized and he was referred to Student Conduct.
12. Oct. 10 - Drug possession (Building Y) - A dorm room full of students was met by officers who were inquiring about alcohol. Marijuana and drug paraphernalia were found on two students who were charged with drug possession and referred to Student Conduct.

14. Oct. 10 - Threats (Building 14) - A member of Kappa Sigma fraternity reported threats he had received regarding his involvement in revealing keg parties, underage drinking and hazing some fraternity members took part in.
The incident was referred to Student Conduct.

16. Oct. 11 - Suspicious Person (Arena) - During a dance practice, a man repeatedly opened the door and watched the dancers. He proceeded to ask the woman who reported the incident if they were cheerleaders.
The man followed her to the bus stop, began pacing, left to enter his vehicle and drove away. She was advised to notify UPD of any other incidents.
17. Oct. 12 - Alcohol investigation (Building W)
18. Oct. 12 - Restraining order (Building 2) - A student contacted UPD regarding the violation of a restraining order. The student had been approached at UNF by the subject of the order. Due to the address needing to be changed on the injunction, an arrest could not be made.
The student was referred to the Women's Center for counseling and the man was told to contact the state attorney's office.
