1. Sept. 15 - Information (Arena) - A volleyball team player received inappropriate messages on her
Facebook account from a university arena employee. The employee attends volleyball games and also attempted to attend a closed workout session.
2. Sept. 21 - Alcohol Investigation (Lot 15) - A taxi driver drove a student home, and upon arrival the student did not have enough money to pay the taxi fare. The student gave the driver some of the money and his ID then went into his room in the Crossings to get the rest.
The taxi driver waited an hour then called the University Police Department. When police arrived, they found the student asleep in his room. When the student awoke, he said he needed to go to an ATM to get the rest of the fare.
3. Sept. 21 - Petty theft (Building 2) - A flash drive was left in a computer at One Stop. The flash drive was no longer in the computer when the owner checked to see if it was still there.
4. Sept. 21 - Stolen parking decal (Lot 18)
5. Sept. 23 - Possession of alcohol under 21 (Building W)
6. Sept. 23 - Accidental injury (Arena) - UPD responded to Building 34 in reference to an injured person. The person appeared to have fallen after trying to climb up the bleachers during the Morocco Shrine Circus. The person was transported to Baptist Medical Center.
7. Sept. 23 - Damaged property (Lot 34)
8. Sept. 24 - Information (Lot 53) - A student found a used condom on her windshield.
9. Sept. 25 - Making threats (Building R) - A student was receiving threatening phone calls and text messages. After police arrived, the student was advised about how to pursue the matter and was given the state attorney's information.

12. Sept. 28 - Resisting an officer, assault (Building 1) - An officer stopped a person who was riding a skateboard under a covered
walkway.
The person refused to give the officer identification at first. While the officer attempted to write a citation, the person approached the officer with the skateboard. The officer then called for another officer.
When the other officer arrived, he was asked to watch the person so the citation could be written. The person then came at the
officer with his skateboard held over his head.
The person was placed under arrest and booked at the Duval County Jail.
13. Sept. 29 - Alcohol investigation (Building S) - A resident assistant observed alcohol in the room of underage student.
The RA was told the alcohol belonged to an older sibling who was present. The student was referred to Student Conduct.
14. Sept. 29 - Burglary (Building B)
15. Sept. 29 - Marijuana
(Building Q)
16. Sept. 30 - Information (Building A) - A student held a party in his room with alcohol. There were underage people in attendance.
17. Sept. 30 - Alcohol investigation (Location redacted) - An officer was dispatched in reference to an intoxicated person. The person was incoherent and unresponsive. Rescue 50 responded and the person was later transferred to Shands Regional Hospital Jacksonville.
18. Sept. 30 - Information (Lot 10) - A vehicle was illegally parked in a manner that made it impossible for another vehicle to exit a parking spot. The vehicle was towed.
