8. April 17, 2007 - Assault (Bldg. G of Osprey Village) - A University Police Department officer was dispatched to the Village and made contact with a student who had received threatening instant messages. The messenger indicated he did not like the student and wrote that he would "physically dissect her."
9. April 17, 2007 - Trespassing on school grounds after warning (Bldg. 15) - A UPD officer noticed three males peering behind bushes near Mathews Building. The subjects fled, but the officer was able to make contact with one of them when the male returned to the area to retrieve a set of keys. Another officer then located the other subjects near Founders Hall. They were later identified and one was arrested and transported to Duval County Jail. The others were issued citations and referred Student Conduct.
