Shenanigans in the loo
1. Jan. 9, 2007- Lewd and lascivious act (Osprey Hall) -
While cleaning the first floor of the Osprey Hall, a housing employee overheard two people making loud noises in the bathroom.
The matter was referred to UPD, and an officer was dispatched to the building. After entering the bathroom and asking the suspects if they had been having sex, they said yes.
The pair said they didn't think anyone was in the bathroom while they were engaging in sexual activity. The case was referred to student conduct for review.
