Pledging SAE

If you are offered a bid and accept our invitation, you will then be formally pledged to SAE. Your pledgeship will be a period of probation to the Fraternity where you will learn about all of the brothers and the Fraternity’s great heritage.

Our pledge program will last several weeks out of the semester. During this time, the brothers will utilize their time with you in order to get to know you better. You will participate in daily activities of the chapter as well as the special activities. Your time with our brothers will involve academics, sports, campus events, community service, and all other aspects of college and Fraternity life. Working side by side with those who are already members is a vital aspect of pledging. It is through these times that true friendships grow. Without friendship, brotherhood is a meaningless word.

Pledging is a great experience and will be something you will never forget. SAE is a non-hazing fraternity so you will never endure physical or emotional harm. The relationships you build with your fellow pledge brothers will last a lifetime.
