Meeting called to order

• Introduction given by Anne Boyette, telling attendees what the organization is about.

• Election of new officers took place with the following people elected:

President- Christine Hudgins

Vice President- Karl Lamb

Sec./Tres.- Lisa V. Golger

• Establishment of committees:

1. Program Committee: Kiersten Whitcare, Stephanie Latvala (chair), Carol Cannon

2. Special Events: Stephanie Latvala, Karl Lamb (chair), Carol Cannon

3. Nominations: September- Racheal Coleman

4. Newsletter: Racheal Coleman, Lisa V. Golger

• Refreshments: January- Christine Hudgins (This will be rotated monthly)

• T-Shirts were brought up but will be discussed at next meeting

• Next meeting to be held on Wednesday January 21st, 1998, location to be discussed
