"Service above self"

Rotaract is a Rotary-sponsored service club for young men and women.
Rotaract clubs are either community or university based, and they’re sponsored by a local Rotary club. This makes us true "partners in service" and key members of the family of Rotary. The Rotaract club at the University of North Florida is sponsored by Oceanside Rotary.
Rotaries exist all over in the world in 163 countries and geographical areas. We are always looking for the club to grow and continue to do important and exciting projects for the local and international community. We are now a Coggin College of Business Club, but that does not exclude non-business majors from joining and our members have a wide variety of majors and disciplines.
Our Rotaract club has several organizations and projects that we continually work on and with. We work with Habitat for Humanity and BEAM (Beaches Emergency Assistance Ministry) every year. We also do coastal cleanups and other environmentally focused projects with New Age Hippy, Keep Jacksonville Beautiful, and the UNF Environmental Center. We have also participate in donating clothing and school supplies to other countries, and this year we are participating in a clean water project in Honduras.
