Kappa Alpha Order came to campus in October of 2001 and asked five young men to help start a new Chapter: Nick Montourri, Phil Thompson, Jeremy Bunnell, Josh O'Brien and Joe O'Brien.  These five guys began the task of rushing and bringing in 15 guys to start the UNF Provisional Chapter of Kappa Alpha Order.

The Provisional Chapter rushed for three straight semesters to reach it's goal of 30 to get chartered as the next chapter of the order.  Finally on January 18, 2002, the colony's dreams came true and these gentlemen were presented the Zeta Nu Chapter Charter:

Since this time, we have become one of the most involved fraternities at the University and continue to this day to excel in all aspects of campus life.
