• Decided on Tuesday September 19th

1:45 PM - Discussed Clubfest and a membership drive

• Clubfest is Sept. 13th; need flyers, posters, and handouts

1:47 PM - Discussed what to have at the meeting on Sept. 19th

• Food, agenda, etc.

1:49 PM - Discussed the location of the tinikling equipment

• Located in the club alliance room

1:50 PM - Planned for the Sept. 19 meeting to be a membership meeting

1:51 PM - Discussed nominating people for committee chairs

• Cultural Affairs
• Public Relations
• Community Service

1:54 PM - Discussed the budget

• Total budget - $250
• Discussed the procedures of submitting purchase request forms and reimbursement forms

1:57 PM - Discussed attending Go Fest over the summer

• Heart Walk - Sept. 19th, 8:00 - 10:00a.m.

2:04 PM - Discussed website information

• Discussed who will be running the website

2:06 PM - Discussed the Ate/ Kuya program

• Voted and the program was approved

2:10 PM - Discussed the possibility of a donations box at the Clubfest table

2:11 PM - Discussed the idea of having a information sheet for the Ate/Kuya program

2:14 PM - Membership fees

• The fee will probably be $5.00

2:15 PM - T-shirts for the club

• Need to come up with a club design

2:17 PM - Club Alliance Meeting  - Sept. 1st at noon

• Libby, John, and Redner to attend

• Discussed coming up with a rotation schedule for the officer to attend these meetings
