| Membership
Requirements
To be eligible
for membership into the organization, you must have at least
a 3.0 GPA in your upper division level courses (i.e. your program
of study GPA), and must be earning an undergraduate or graduate
degree from the College of Health (other degree-seekers are welcomed
but will need prior approval).
Dues
Annual dues
for the organization is $75.00. This includes National Initiation
fee, one year of National dues, Local Iniation fees, and one year
of Local dues.
Potential
members are to fill out the Eta Sigma Gamma membership
application,
attach a copy of your unofficial transcript and a check for $75.00,
made payable to Eta Sigma Gamma.
Applications
and dues are to be turned in at the same time for processing, to
the faculty advisor,
Julie Merten (Bldg 39, Room 839D).
Induction
Potential Members
are encouraged to join at any time throughout the academic year.
Upon acceptance, members will be able to receive all benefits and
encouraged to participate fully.
