CMA Mission
The Mission of CMA is
"to promote professionalism, excellence and leadership to excel in
today’s construction industry."
The primary purpose CMA is to
extend the reach of our student network through the active involvement of
individual members at the University level and to expand the benefits of
CMA membership for those incoming and outgoing students in our Construction
Management Program.
The objective of our chapter which is essentially intended to further the
mission of CMA includes:
1.
Promoting and
supporting the purposes and objectives of CMA in the local and construction
community.
2.
Promoting and
encouraging the growth of Our Student/Alumni Network.
3.
Promoting our
selves and our program through relationships with the current leaders of
the construction industry.
4.
Providing local
and school activities for CMA members.
In addition, our
chapter can provide valuable "association" benefits to members
who actively participate. Personal professional development, networking
with student, colleagues and owners, providing and achieving recognition,
and provide encouragement for students through scholarships.
