UNF Chess Club

The UNF Chess Club meets during the fall and spring terms on Wednesday evenings from 6:15-10 P.M. in Building 14, Room 1718. This room is called the Game Room. The Club provides opportunities for casual play. Instruction is available as staffing permits. Tournaments that are rated by the United States Chess Federation (USCF) have been run in the past. When tournaments are scheduled, the dates can be found in the UNF calendar. USCF membership is required to participate in rated tournaments. USCF membership can be obtained via the UNF Chess Club. All students, faculty and staff are eligible to join our club. Outsiders may visit. Those not familiar with UNF should be warned there is a $3 parking charge on Wednesday evenings. Anyone who requires reasonable accommodation in order to participate, must notify UNF Chess Club Advisor Bruce Fortado at phone number (904) 620-1336 or via e-mail to bfortado@unf.edu at least five working days prior to the meeting day.

· Download the four font files to your computer

· Goto Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Font

· Select File menu

· Select Install New Font…

· Locate font files

· Click Select All

· Click OK
