Blood Services Committee

Since establishing the first civilian blood service after World War II, the American Red Cross has been a leader in blood collection, safety and development. Today, the safety and availability of the blood supply is their highest priority.

Anyone who is at least 17 years of age and weighs 110 or more is eligible to donate blood every 56 days. Each time you donate, you can save up to three lives with your single pint of blood.
 

It is the goal of this Club Committee to collaborate with American Red Cross of Northeast Florida to arrange blood drives on campus and encourage participation from UNF students.

The blood drive held on campus April 18th was a great success. Thank you, to all who came out to donate!!
