STEP FIVE: Submitting the Thesis or Dissertation to the College
The student is required to submit a clean, corrected copy of her/her thesis or dissertation to the College Dean THREE WEEKS before graduation. This will allow appropriate time in which (1) the College Dean reads and comments on the thesis or dissertation and (2) the student makes the necessary corrections to the document.
The student will also need to provide the College Dean with the signature pages previously signed by the Thesis or Dissertation Committee members, the Thesis or Dissertation Director, and the Department Chair.
Checklist
❏ A corrected copy of the thesis or dissertation – one incorporating all the corrections required by the Department Chair – was submitted to the College Dean.
❏ Signature pages were submitted to the College Dean.
