You may also apply on paper for graduate or non-degree/certificate programs. To do so, please print the paper application and mail or fax it to the address on the application. You must submit a $30 application fee with the paper application. To download the paper application, click here.
Student Update Form
If you are a current or former UNF student applying for a graduate program, or if you wish to make changes to a previously submitted graduate application, you only need to fill out the Graduate School Student Update form and send it to the Graduate School Office. You may download the form here.
All application materials, including transcripts, test scores and supplemental materials, should be mailed to the Graduate School at the following address:

If you did not complete the residency section of the application when you applied, or if you need to make any changes, please download the residency affidavit and mail or fax it to the Graduate School at the address above.
