Organization Facts
Delta Upsilon is the 6th oldest men's fraternity. We were founded in 1834 at Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts. Our founders wanted to start something different. They started a fraternity with a non-hazing and non-secret tradition. This means anybody may read our rituals, mottos, and anyone can read our cornerstone. Delta Upsilon was founded on 4 principles. Advancement of Justice, Promotion of Friendship, Diffusion of Liberal Culture, and Development of Character. Through these principles and our learning process Delta Upsilon is how we Build Better Men.
Chapter Facts
We are the 151st Chapter of Delta Upsilon. The North Florida Chapter was started by 13 original founding fathers who continued to find other outstanding gentlemen, and within a year had over 40 brothers and were chartered on April 20, 2007.
