Emerging Leaders

"I learned a lot about myself and how I can be a better leader for my chapter, the Greek community, and UNF."

-Corey Cook, Sigma Chi, Class of '15

Description

Emerging Leaders is a leadership development program designed for newly initiated members of a chapter (initiated in the last year) who show leadership potential and whom the chapter thinks might become future officers in the chapter or the council.

Participants must have a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher and be an initiated member. A maximum of 20 students are able to participate each Spring.

Over the course of the program, participants will work with other rising leaders and engage in experiential learning on key topics related to leadership, intentionally designed and structured, to provide a solid foundation for leadership in a chapter or a council.
