Visiting the UNF Fine Arts Center
UNF Ticket Box Office
The
UNF Ticket Box Office is located in Building 8, Room 1100. The
Fine Arts Center Ticket Box Office is still used as an outlet for
ticketing on the night of the ticketed event held in the Fine Arts Center or the Andrew A. Robinson, Jr. Theater. UNF TIcket Box Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30
a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and two hours prior to performances.
Payment Options
Cash, Checks, Visa and MasterCard payments are accepted.
Seating Policy
Doors
to the theatre open approximately one-half hour before curtain time.
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of Theatre management
during appropriate pauses in the program and based on the performers
contract requirements. Our policy is to begin performances at the
advertised curtain time, however, it may be necessary to begin a
performance at a later time due to unforeseen circumstances.
Children
We
request that parents not bring infants or very young children, unless
the show is specifically programmed for them.
Parking Information for Fine Arts Center Events
If you are attending events at the Fine Arts Center during the week and park your vehicle before 9 p.m. (5 p.m. on Friday), please purchase a $3 Premium Permit at either of the Parking Services booths on your right when you enter campus. Leave the permit on your dashboard. Park in the Fine Arts Center Garage (Building 44) adjacent to the Fine Arts Center on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor, or in Lot 2 (except those Designated spaces indicated by orange stripes). Do not park in the loading dock area or the circle leading to the loading dock at the rear of the Fine Arts Center facility. No permit is required on Saturday or Sunday, unless there is a special event taking place on campus. For more information on visitor parking, visit the Parking and Transportation Services Web site.
Theater Wheelchair Locations
Wheelchair
and companion seating is available on the orchestra and mezzanine level. PLEASE REQUEST AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE or contact the Ticket
Box Office five days prior to the event.
Elevator
An
elevator is located in the main lobby across from the Ticket Box Office
to provide access to the second floor of the building.
Restrooms
Restrooms in the upper and lower lobbies provide facilities for those with disabilities.
Assistive Listening Devices
Sound
enhancement systems for the hearing impaired are available and may be
obtained at the Patron Services table. These are available on a
first-come, first-served basis.
Smoking
All
University of North Florida Fine Arts Center venues are non-smoking
facilities. Smoking is permitted in various public access areas outside
the building.
Electronic Equipment
In
consideration of other patrons and the performers, we strictly prohibit
the use of cameras, recorders, beepers, cellular phones and chiming
watches during performances. Patrons may be asked to leave the
performance and these items may be confiscated until the program
concludes.
Personal Property
We regret
that the management cannot be responsible for patrons’ personal apparel
