Membership       

All UNF Faculty and Staff who support the mission and purpose of the Council are invited to become members.       

Election of Officers

The Council will be headed by a group of officers comprised of: President, Vice President, and Secretary. Officers will be elected by the members of the Council. Officers will serve one-year terms and may be re-elected to serve a maximum of two (2) consecutive years. A representative selected by the current Hispanic student organization will be asked to serve on the Council.

Meetings

Initially, the Council will meet monthly until it is well-established. Thereafter, the Council will meet quarterly on January, April, July, October or at other times as deemed necessary by the Council officers or by the written request of at least four members.
