Use the Following Checklist to track your financial aid progress.

Add UNF to your Student Aid Report (SAR). Call (800) 433-3423 or go online to www.fafsa.edu.gov and add UNF.

If you transfer to UNF for the Spring or Summer semester, you must complete a UNF Mid-Year Request Transfer Form or Summer Request Form. From the Financial Aid website, click on "Download Forms." Check each form for the correct year.

To have your Florida Bright Futures transferred to UNF, contact the state Florida Bright Futures Office at (888) 827-2004. You may also check the website: www.firn.edu/doe/brfuture.
