Requesting Transcripts

Current and former UNF students may request a transcript by submitting a completed Transcript Request form and $8.00 check or money order per transcript ordered. Payment must be submitted with the request.

UNF transcripts only reflect UNF courses. Transcripts for coursework taken at another institution must be requested from that institution.

Requests cannot be processed if you have a financial hold due to a balance on your account.

Transcripts will be available for pickup or mailing approximately two working days after receipt of the request.
