Now you can register for ACE workshops, and schedule appointments with writing tutors – all online!

To check the workshop or writing tutoring schedule:

Log in with your N number (including the N) and your UNF default password (first initial of your first name and first initial of your last name, and last 7 digits of Social Security Number, for example: John Smith 123-45-6789 = JS3456789).
In the upper right hand corner, click on “Make Appointment.”
Type in a range of dates (best to look at a week or less at a time).
Select a Center from the list. “Tutoring” will allow you to to make appointments for writing tutoring. “Workshops” will allow you to search for Study Skills or CLAST workshops.
Under "Tutoring" select "Writing" from the list (all other subjects are walk-ins only) or under "Workshops" select the workshop you wish to attend.
Click on “Search.”

You will now see a list of times and dates for workshops or writing appointments.

To register for a workshop or make an appointment to see a writing tutor:

Follow the steps above to find the workshop or appointment you would like to attend.
Click on the name of the workshop or appointment time.
The screen will change to the appointment registration screen. Click on “Save Appointment.”

Please keep in mind that you can only register to attend one appointment (or workshop) in a 24 hour period.

If you are unable to attend, please use TutorTrac to cancel. If you neglect to cancel, you will be marked as having missed the appointment. Three missed appointments will block you from being able to access TutorTrac. This will require you to speak to an ACE staff member to regain permission to use the system.

To cancel an appointment:

Log in to TutorTrac.
On the main screen, there is a list of appointments you are currently registered for. Click on the date of the appointment you’d like to cancel.
The screen will change to the appointment cancellation screen. Click on “Delete.”
