TutorTrac at ACE

Now you can check the most current tutoring schedule, register for workshops, and schedule appointments with writing tutors – all online!

To check the tutoring or workshop schedule:

· Log in with your N number (including the N) and your UNF default password (first and last initial, last 7 digits of Social Security Number)

· In the upper right hand corner, click on “Make Appointment”

· Type in a range of dates (best to look at a week or less at a time).

· Select a Center from the list. “Tutoring” will allow you to search the tutoring schedule by subject or make appointments for writing tutoring. “Appointments” will allow you to search for Study Skills, CLAST, or College Success Skills workshops.

· Select a subject or workshop from the list.

· Click on “Search”.

You will now see a list of times for drop-in tutoring, workshops, or writing appointments.

To register for a workshop or make an appointment to see a writing tutor:

· Follow the steps above to find the workshop or appointment you’d like to attend.

· Click on the name of the workshop or appointment time.

· The screen will change to the appointment registration screen. Click on “Save Appointment.”

Please keep in mind that you can only register to attend one appointment (or workshop) in a 24 hour period.

If you are unable to attend, please use TutorTrac to cancel. If you neglect to cancel, you will be marked as having missed the appointment. Three missed appointments will block you from being able to access TutorTrac. This will require you to speak to an ACE staff member to regain permission to use the system.

To cancel an appointment:

· Log in to TutorTrac.

· On the main screen, there is a list of appointments you are currently registered for. Click on the date of the appointment you’d like to cancel.

· The screen will change to the appointment cancellation screen. Click on “Delete.”
