  • Reviews procedures and processes in Enrollment Services to ensure compliance with federal, state, NCAA or institutional policies.
  • Assesses technical and training needs of Enrollment Services.
  • Creates, enhances and utilizes training modules vital to refining and streamlining Enrollment Services business processes.
  • Responsible for ensuring that athletic financial aid is certified and processed according to NCAA rules and regulations.
  • Serve as the lead department for the testing and implementation of upgrades to the computer system.
