Code Red Campus Alert System for Students

Students who want to register for classes at UNF must supply an emergency phone number or they must opt out of supplying the information. By entering a telephone number when you register, the University will have the ability to send you a voicemail when an urgent situation on campus arises. Depending upon the type of emergency, Code Red is one of the ways information is relayed to you.  The University will ask you for an updated phone number every semester you register at UNF.

In order to collect this important information, a registration hold will be placed on your account. To remove this hold, please visit MyWings and click on Registration Status. Once you are on the Hold screen, you will be given a link that will take you to the Campus Alert System. You may also access the Campus Alert System by selecting it from the Personal Information menu. When you complete and submit the Campus Alert System form, the hold will be automatically lifted.
