Preserve or SJR Digital Archive Troubleshooting 

Issues accessing or viewing content in the Digital Archive may occur due to browser default options or internet cache. Clearing cache history may help in some cases. If you are having difficulty accessing the website using Internet Explorer, please follow the instructions below. If you are still having difficulty, or have questions or concerns, please contact us 

Internet Explorer:

In Internet Options,

Go to Preferences/Advanced and scroll down to the SSL option. 

Make sure that the TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 are selected.
Apply, and you should be all set. 


If you do not see the TLS 1.1 or TLS 1.2 options you need to upgrade your browser in order to be able to access these sites
