Jacksonville Environmental Symposium
The Jacksonville Environmental Symposium presents a unique opportunity for members of the community to interact with the regulatory agencies responsible for developing and implementing environmental policy. The symposium features the release of the annual State of the River Report for the Lower St. Johns River Basin, and a number of breakout sessions on various topics of interest. The Environmental Center is hiring! There are two student positions currently available: communications assistant and office assistant. These positions are only open to students who are Federal Work Study eligible. If a student is unsure about their status, they can send an email to email@example.com. Pre[serve] — Call to Artists
Students and alumni are invited to submit works inspired by the Sawmill Slough Preserve for the 2019 Pre[serve] art exhibition. Selected works will be displayed in an exhibition at the Lufrano Intercultural Gallery. Learn more.
Beyond the Trail — Registration Now Open
Beyond the Trail is a series designed to encourage participants to explore and learn about the parks in Northeast Florida. This year's series will focus on the iconic St. Johns River and include a number events centered around the river. Participation is open to both students and community members. Learn more.
