About a dozen students from the UNF student chapter of the Northeast Florida Builders Association are learning the rewards of renovating homes. Their participation in Builders Care teaches them the skills to make homes handicapped accessible in areas of
town designated by Jacksonville Mayor John Delaney as Intensive Care Neighborhoods.
