Request for technical service must be made 48 hours prior to the start time of event or overtime charges will apply. Above charges are for regular working hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday.) After hours, weekends and holidays will be subject to overtime charges.
All equipment rentals are subject to service charges for installation and dismantle. Please consult your University Center representative for more details.

All equipment cancelled within 24 hours of an event's start time will be billed at full price.

The University Center does not rent its equipment for use outside the facility. If needed, we can provide a list of local audio visual and presentation companies.
All equipment, installation and labor charges are subject to 7% sales tax. |
