A
competitive grant process funds a maximum of $500 per
year to undergraduates who wish to conduct independent,
scholarly or creative' projects. Each grant recipient
will have a faculty sponsor to guide the grant recipient's
scholarly or creative project. Student grant recipients
receive a minimum of three hours of directed individual
study academic credit for undertaking their research
projects.

Call for Abstracts- Spring 2008 UNF Research Symposium
Grant applications are due on March 14th and October 17th of each year and grant recipients must
submit their final projects by March 1st of the following year. In April
of each year, the Undergraduate Academic Enrichment Program hosts a poster
session in which the award recipients from the previous year present
their finished projects. The UAEP also publishes the Osprey Journal of
Ideas and Inquiry that includes the finished projects of all of the previous
year's award recipients. Below
