Event Approval Form

An Event Approval Form is needed for the following event types:

* For paid vendors, speakers, DJ's and bands, a contract will need to be completed and travel with the Event Form.

Student Organizations planning an event in other campus locations should contact the Robinson Reservations Office to see if an Event Approval Form is needed.

Tent Request Form

  • Green & White (32'x45') $150
  • Blue & White (30'x45') $150
  • White (15'x15') $75

*Fees and related charges for usage is defined as 24 hours and charged by Physical Facilities. Any damages to the tent will be charged to the user.
