Exciting news!!! UNF purchasing is pleased to announce a new simple, streamlined and cost saving partnership with OfficeMax, our preferred supplier for office products, toner, computer peripherals and paper.
This Program will provide you with an all-inclusive purchasing experience. OfficeMax's state of the art technology site offers tools such as:
- Live On-Line Assistance
- Personalized Shopping Lists
- Robust Search Capabilities
- Live Inventory
- On-Line Order History and Tracking
The new program commenced on March 5th and all UNF procurement card holders were pre-registered and sent their OfficeMax usernames and passwords during the last week of February. All other UNF office products buyers that do not have a UNF procurement card will be able to register on-line through the UNF Purchasing website under Contracts to receive their OfficeMax internet login information.
We are pleased to offer this exciting partnership with OfficeMax and will be following up with the necessary information to get the new program underway.
