Emergency repair requests

Work of this nature includes all repair or remedial work required to protect life/safety or building property.

Priority repair requests

Work that is required to promote, continue or provide immediate support to the overall mission of the campus or department and has no life/safety/property concerns.

Routine repair requests

Work that has little to no impact on campus or department mission and poses no threat to life/safety.

Planned repairs or projects

Work that will require identified funding source, professional design, submission of Capital Project Service Request (CPSR), permitting, outsourcing to a non UNF entity, scheduling of appropriate personnel, space and resources.
