The following
scripts are available for general use on the UNF World Wide
Web Server. No special configuration is required except where
noted.
FormProc
FormProc (Forms
Processor) allows you to work with forms in a variety of ways,
including guestbooks and form mailers. There is separate
documentation for this program. It requires special
configuration for each form.
Count (Access Counter)
Please see the local
counter page for more information on how you can set up
a counter on your home page.
Imagemaps
UNF's server uses the NCSA format for server-side imagemaps. A
short tutorial is available at the NCSA site. You will probably
create the map file with a program such as Dreamweaver.
Client-side image maps are also possible, although their use depends
on the particular browser that you are using. In any case, they
should supplement, and not replace, server-side imagemaps in order
for your map to be available on the widest range of browsers. A
