Request VTC Support Form

Please use this form to request assistance
with holding a video tele-conference (VTC) meeting.

If this is your first time using VTC at UNF and you haven't done so already,
we encourage you to read the VTC FAQ before submitting your request.

*Note: We will add 30 minutes prior to the beginning of each meeting to ensure that the equipment is setup and operational, and that a connection is established with the far site.
