You will need to submit an ITSR - Information Technology Services Request. Call 620-2820 to request that an ITSR be sent to you or stop by Building 15 Room 3101.

Who
do I contact to update the name on my phone or in the phone directory?
If you need to make any changes to your phone or your information in the phone directory, you will need to submit an ITSR - Information Technology Services Request. Call 620-2820 to request that an ITSR be sent to you or stop by Building 15 Room 3101.

do I make an emergency call?
Listen for dial tone.
Dial 911.
The 911 call will be routed to University Police Department
(UPD). UPD will see, on their dispatch telephones, the building
and room number from which the call is being made.

Directory website.

Your telephone must be classified as capable of making long-distance
calls.

Dial 8 + 1 + the 10-digit number.

calls.

(SUNCOM will block 800 number calls).
