What is the Change?

ITS will no longer charge a $35 (minimum) service fee for telephone moves, adds, and changes. Instead, the basic charge for a telephone will increase by $3 per month per phone. This billing change will improve the accuracy and timeliness of information published in the web-based telephone directory, on-phone directory, and Outlook global address book.

What is the Impact?

This change is designed to be revenue-neutral across the campus. Each department should plan on budgeting an additional $3 per month per phone and not budget for service charges for telephone support.
