• Enter the Call Pilot voice mail system by dialing 620-3900 (or if on campus dial extension 3900 or press "message" button from your office phone).
• Login with your extension and password. If you do not know your password, submit an ITSR or contact the ITS Help Desk.
• To listen to your messages - Press 2 on your phone's keypad (or press the "play" button on your office phone).
• To skip a message - Press 6 on your phone's keypad (or press the "Last" button on your office phone).
• To go back to the previous message - Press 4 (or press "Last" button on your office phone).
• At any time you are listening to a voicemail you can delete it by pressing 76.
• A message that says "End of Mailbox" indicates you have navigated through your entire voice mailbox.
• When you are finished, just hang up (or press the "Goodbye" button on your office phone).
