The purpose for
an ITS-Request (ITSR) is to manage the work (when more than one team is involved),
document the work and software licenses, and prioritize the requests. To submit an ITSR, go to http://help.unf.edu. Visit http://help.unf.edu/docs/remedy/selfservice.pdf for information on using the ITSR system.

of existing computers
- Imaging
of new computers
- Equipment
moves
- PDA/handheld
device setup and connection
- Account
Changes

- Name
- Mailbox
delivery (alias's and pointers)
- adjuncts
(and others) extensions or early admittance
- Quota Increases
- e-mail
(Outlook and Osprey)
- Network
drives on Oak (this is the I:, O:, and N: drive)
- Network
Permissions
- Changes
to current access or rights
- new
rights or access
- Database
requests
- File Restores
(from back-up tapes)
- Software
installations for DreamWeaver, Photoshop, Pagemaker, Visio, Acrobat
Full version, Word Perfect, Lotus, SAS, and SPSS.
- Software
installed in GP Labs and technology-equipped classrooms (deadline
each term)
- Special
sized Ethernet cable (greater than 10 feet or more than five 10
footers, can be done with an ITSR)
- Change/new
telecomm service (this can be done with an ITSR)
