Up-and-Running

Up-and-Running support is defined as ensuring the software is properly installed, properly configured and functioning in order to meet the institution's goals.

Due to the fact that these applications are limited by the number of licenses purchased, there may be a cost associated with installing these.

For installation contact your Support Technician. If your College or Division does not have one, then you will need to submit an ITS-R (Request). Please indicate the desired software package and user names of those needing the software.


Department Purchase

Due to limited resources, individual departments are responsible for the cost and support of these applications.
