UserID and password

You will use the same userID to access Banner, Email, myWings, Blackboard, etc. and to login to your computer. Whenever you change your password on one system, you will find your password will be exactly the same on all systems.

Forgot Your Password or Need to Change it

If you do not know your password or have forgotten it, you can login to the ITS Self Service web page using your social security number and date of birth. After logging in, select "Change Password" from the gray area on the left side.

If you know your password and are logged into to computer, you can change your password by pressing the CTRL + ALT + DEL keys. Then click on change password button.

When changing your password, keep in mind that your password should always be at least 15 characters long. If it is too short, it can easily be observed or guessed by someone else or programs that "crack" passwords.
