Long Term Disability / Life Insurance Open Enrollment
The Office of Human Resources is pleased to announce a special open enrollment period for the long-term disability plan currently offered through the Gabor Agency. The open enrollment period is currently underway and will continue through May 30, 2008. All eligible University of North Florida employees are invited to enroll in the plan without a medical application. This is a unique benefit that offers you a way to "insure your paycheck" in the event of a disability.
In addition, a new cash value life insurance product will be offered. Eligible employees and their spouse/certified domestic partner may qualify for cash value life insurance on a guaranteed issue basis during this open enrollment period. Cash value life insurance policies may be continued after retirement or termination of employment from the University, with no change in premium or reduction of coverage.
