Office of the General CounselTips for Using Interactive FormsSpacing: The forms allow only for a certain number of characters in each field so that the user cannot type more text than will print. If you need to type more information than the space allows, please attach a sheet. If you notice a scroll bar on the right-hand side of the field, you have exceeded the printing limit. Saving: Adobe Acrobat does not have an automatic save feature so you should save often as you are working on the form. Tab: You should be able to tab from one field to the next to complete the form. Print Form: The “print form” button is at the bottom of the last page with fields to fill in. In a multi-page form, the "print form" buttom may even be in the middle of the document if there are no more fields to complete. Suggestions/Comments: Please feel free to contact Mary Stumph at ext. 1031 or mstumph@unf.edu if you have any suggestions or comments to make any form more user-friendly. |
