ScholarshipsThis scholarship was established by Mr. Theordore R. and Vivian M. funds to students with disabilities who are attending a public university in the State of Florida. For additional information please contact the DRC. Jane Ryan Disabled Student Scholarship This scholarship is offered each year to a qualified student with a disability. The scholarship is made available through the Student Government Association. Students with Part-time Status The Florida Statute governing the awarding of the Florida Student Assistance Grant states that students with a documented disability, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, shall be eligible to be considered for state financial aid while attending an eligible post secondary institution on a part-time status. The financial aid funds will be prorated based on the number of credit hours taken.
