Before registering, please review the eligibility information and obtain approval from your supervisor. Classes are filled on a first-come, first served basis. Classes are limited to either 12 or 24 participants, depending on which computer lab is used. A minimum of 48-hour notice is requested for cancellations.

1. Register Online

You must have a valid N number and password to register online. Online access allows you to:

1. Register for courses
2. View current courses
3. View completed courses
4. Drop courses

Complete the registration form and fax to ext. 1711 (click on the form link)

3. Registration mail in/drop off

If you prefer to print and send your registration form via interoffice mail, please mail it to CPDT: Building 10, Room 2427. If you prefer to drop off the form in person, please come see us in Building 10, Room 2427.
