Direct Deposit for Student Refunds

Students may opt to have their refund money directly deposited into their checking account. There are several advantages to doing this:

• It's faster - no waiting for the check to come in the mail, your money is in your account on the next business day. AND no more delays if your address changes!
• It's safer - no worries about your check getting lost or stolen
• It's convenient - your money is already in the bank—saves you from having to run to the bank to cash it

What to do:

It's easy - Simply fill out the direct deposit enrollment form , attach a voided check, sign & return the form to the cashier's office. You can do this in person or in the mail. It generally takes 48-72 hours to process your request (though it may be longer during peak times) and you will receive an email notification when any funds are deposited into your bank account.
