HELPFUL RESOURCES>BLACKBOARD>BLACKBOARD TOOLS GLOSSARY>LIST/MODIFY USERS The List/Modify Users page enables Instructors to change a user’s role within a course and update user profiles. Instructors can also send email to a user. Instructors can view and modify properties for students enrolled in Blackboard. Note: Blackboard imports a snapshot of course enrollment from Banner several times a day. To access the List/Modify Users page, click on List/Modify Users in the User Management Section of the Control Panel.
Instructors may search for students by Last Name, Username, or Email address on the Search tab. Advanced searching options include searching by the first letter of the user's last name and searching for users active within the past x days. To see a list of all users in a course, click on the List All tab, then click List All.
