The Digital Dropbox is a tool that allows the instructor and students to exchange files electronically. Students can submit assignments to the instructor and instructors can return graded student work with comments or send other files to select students or all students in a course. Any type of file format can be transferred this way; however, each user must have the originating software to open the document. Students and Instructors may add files and send files using the Digital Dropbox. When a file is added, the file is saved in the Dropbox, but it is not sent to another user. When a file is sent, it is saved in the Digital Dropbox and it is sent to other users.

Instructors access the Digital Dropbox through the Control Panel:

Students access the Digital Dropbox through the Course Tools on the Navigation Menu:
